About Ethan Wood, MD
Whether it’s welcoming a new addition to your family or navigating the finer details of well-woman care, nothing brings me more joy than walking alongside my patients through life’s most important and exciting moments.
Dr. Ethan Wood completed his medical education at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He subsequently completed his residency at NewYork-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical College before joining as a full-time faculty member. During his time as a resident at Weill Cornell, he received various awards, including teaching awards for his work with medical students and the SASGOG award for Academic Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Currently, Dr. Wood is a proud member of a faculty practice that is dedicated to fostering authentic physician-patient relationships. His interests include demystifying prenatal care, management of cervical dysplasia/abnormal pap smears, preventative medicine, contraception counseling, and the management of abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids.
